Lion Sports Network does more than just live broadcasts. In fact, LSN produces, directs and edits their very own sports podcast: The Fifth Quarter. Co-hosted by lead commentator George Kopf and logistics coordinator Griffin Alexander, Inside the Prowl gives listeners an inside scoop on St. John XXIII athletics, both on and off the field. Inside the Prowl is a free podcast and episodes can be listened to on our Youtube Channel; make sure to turn your volume on.

As much as we would have liked to have started our podcast, we are sad to say that there will be no episodes of Inside the Prowl this year and not until the next LSN staff decides to do so. With that being said, please continue to watch our live broadcasts because that is what we do best and what you can rely on to see and hear Lion Athletics.
